Delivery information (outside Germany)
Shipments abroad we usually send with DHL. The shipment number, as well as the link to track the shipment, you will receive after shipping by e-mail. For products that are "immediately available", the delivery time is 3-8 business days.
For deliveries outside the European Community, the German VAT will not be charged.
If the delivery is made to non-EU countries, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.
