This tin-plated copper pan is formed from a solid copper disc with a thickness of 1.8 mm and weighs 2 kg. The top diameter is 32 cm and the bottom diameter is about 25 cm. The height to the edge of the pan is 5 cm. With the cast iron handle, the tinned pan is about 57.5 cm long. Please note: Tin melts at 230°C, you should not heat the pan too much without contents. Accordingly, this pan is not suitable for searing steak, for example. For this we recommend the pure copper pans or the cast iron Light series.
